Returns & Refunds:- Thank you for Shopping with Premium Slates UK, If you do need to return your items for a refund. Please follow the steps below and contact us immediately, we will help you throughout this process. 

Please note:- If Items need to be returned, the buyer is responsible for the return delivery costs. The buyer is responsible for checking the items are in good condition before allowing the driver to leave. Once the delivery team have left, goods are deemed correct and the order is completed. Premium Slates UK cannot be held responsible for damages or delays caused by national Haulage companies.
